New gear box - need to re-jet?

Hi folks,

I have just had my engine rebuilt and changed the gearbox from the standard GP150 (46x15) to an Indian GP200 (47x18) and I am wondering if I need to change my jets or needle etc. The scoot is running ok but I think it is four stroking (bit like machine gun fire, particularly when I ease off the throttle) Any thoughts most appreciated.
