Long stroking it will help with the torq side of it and will aliviate some of the up and down the gear syndrome.Never done the mods that Norrie is suggesting but sounds like that will help too.Norrie 2mm squish,why so much?

I'm going to be changing my rotary 210 to a 60mm crank soon. I'm toying with the idea of doing the "Kabawelle" or "Flexkiller" web mods as the Germans seem to be getting good power boosts from them.





Very extreme version on a 62mm crank:

Anyone run a 62mm crank instead of the 60mm?

just thinking about maybe going for the 62mm, more torque,

i know I will to work out my port timings, but fancy doing the 62 over the 60,

would I need to take the skirt off the bottom of the piston?

Alan Terry (Diablo) was going to make me a 62mm but I changed my mind, contact him or Harry

Have a butchers here, not cheap but very good quality.

iv spoken to a lad i know who has a 62mm crank set up , but he said he goes through piston rings more since changing to 62 from 60

any thoughts on that?

also im thinking when i longstroke my motor,

i might go back to using the si 24 carb, possibly with polini venturi, but run the hose instead of filter,

can increase float chamber with spacers and use the cosa chamber, with the larger needle hole for fuel flow,

anyone got any advice on running it with the si carb, just thinking about clawing back some of the fuel consumption
