Any one got one of these inboard scoot rs disc brakes with the hydrolic bit on it. Mine seems poor can't seem to get it to work right. My mate says change the pads, it seems to grind and judder when I brake and doesn't seem to grab.Seems to grind as well a bit when I try and push the wheel round on the stand.Any ideas?

It does sound a little as though you have a warped disc which will need skimming or replacement. I spoke to someone the other week who said they had one on a Lammy and the braking in general was dire, much poorer than his previous reverse pull drum brake. Whether this is the norm or not I don't know with these discs.Speedy.

Check the static pad adjustment and that the disk is free to float on the pins.
