MB LT coil .....

Bloody thing won't fit over the plates rectangular hole in the middle is to small!!!

remove some plates. Not hard and only takes a couple of min.

Thanks yes, done now. Is the copper rectangular washer important? I can't fit it on now.

yes it's important and needs to be riveted to the base plate.

Keeps the coil from falling off :D

I'm sure it has to do with the iron core and keeping everything at the same ground potential but that's above my pay grade.
