What other modifications have you had to do- gearing, exhaust, carb, manifold etc?

..atomic reed,made a flange to clear cables etc,25mm delly,std 75 exhaust,lunatronic,cut handlebars,sunny 100 hubs,targa line front dampers,alloy rims... next i want a better exhaust..and may be some more ports...?

I'd be interested to hear what sort of performance you get from it.
I've been toying with the idea of a Vega or Lui project for several years as a get to work and back scoot. I only do a 13 mile round trip but need to be able to do, say, 45mph to keep up with traffic.

Nice! You planning a trip over the Himalayas on it (the two spare tyres) or live on the Somerset Levels perhaps? I belive Chiselspeed can offer an exhaust to compliment the remainder of your luurvley Vega.....
