Can I remove it after removing the rear shocker and bump stop and spark plug with a Scoot RS expansion exhaust fitted, without having to remove the exhaust? It will save me grief if someone more knowledgeable can advise beforehand. Need to fettle it cus it rattles like a good 'un

never tried with that pipe, but very unlikely I'd say...
if you're really lucky you might be able to leave the exhaust manifold attached to the barrel, but [for the time it takes to do so] remove the plug, pipe, shock & bump stop.
definitely one of the jobs ona lambretta that makes you go I've got a spare manifold now, so next time it comes off, I will make something up that I can leave on the barrel
