Odd front break

Got an odd front brake in my garage.
Drum brake with disc type fitting ie second large
Bolt rather than a channel for the dowel.
Anyone know if it's Spanish, Indian just curious
To know myself

TV175 S1 or S2? Pic would help identify it.
Where's the grease nipple on the speedo drive?

Just been in garage has a grease nipple speedo
Drive side. Will try get piccy tomoz when light

Grease nipple in the middle of the drive housing says TV2, though peened over hub studs says TV1
