Hey there.. I'm rebuilding my GP headset and I'm looking for an alloy / brass gear wheel ...?
Any pointers on who might have a quality item..?

No problem,here's mine fitted. Mines a late SX -clip on panels,grey plastic toolbox & did have the nylon throttle/gear pulleys- took it out yesterday and with the new gear pulley,much improved now on the gear change.I did also fit a new rod (the original rod has a 4mm hole and this gear pulley needs a 5 mm hole so bought a new one as mine was slightly on the pi$$ anyway) & bronze bush. Also you'll need a 5mm roll pin, but I prefer a bolt with a nyloc nut.Where as before when changing gear the nylon/fibre wheel used to warp a bit before moving, now its precise & being as the new pulley is slightly bigger less travel on the gear change.
