Mugello 198, Delly 25mm, ScootRs pipe - jetting?

Hi folks, I have just fitted a Mugello 198 kit and am having some jetting issues. My set up is as follows:

Mugello 198
Dellorto 25mm carb
Scoot Rs Exhaust

Main - 98
Atomiser - AQ266
Choke - 60
Slide - 40
Needle - D22
53 pilot
RamAir remote filter

The scoot starts first kick (even from cold), accelerates beautifully and rides lovely up to half throttle, any more than half throttle and she loses power.
I am only just running it in so can't take it to the dyno until it is run in so any help would be appreciated so as I don't damage the kit in the mean time.

Many thanks

Scott

I had a very similar setup, only difference was a 264 atomiser and a 100 main, id up main jet to 105 and see if this cures it

Maybe try a D26 or D29 needle. I've had good success with those...

Would I have to change the atomiser to try another size needle?

Tried a 105 - no difference
Tried a AQ268 atomiser and way too rich - loads of fuel coming out of air intake

Might try a d26 needle?
