HB stage 4 head

Can any one tell me where I can get hold of converted cylinder head for the stage 4 tune? Ive tried phoning Harry but haven't been able to get hold of him.
Would it be possible for me to get the top of the barrel machined down instead of the head turned? What I mean is using a 1.5 packer and two gaskets give 1.7 so I have 1.7 skimmed off the top of the barrel?
In Scootering it says have the head turned so it has 1.3 protruding into the barrel, doesn't this leave a massive squish gap?
