Looks like a good turn out. What's the balance of scoots like over there? Are they mostly Italian, Indian or what?

Mostly Italian but there are some Indian GPs

I'd no idea. I don't know how big a market Australia was for Innocenti or how many might be native. I suppose you get a few come in with ex-pats as well?

Cracking ride out up the coast today.

Nice winters day about 20deg c at it's warmest point. Bloody cold setting off this morning though.

Not sure that we have any indigenous scooters in the club. I'd say most came over with there owners from the UK plus a fair smattering of later imports from the likes of Cambridge Lambretta, Andy Francis etc. Of course there are the later PXs that are still sold here, a few Spanish & SIL variants and one or two Viet specials :o. On the Lambretta side we have at least one LD going through to the GPs with every thing inbetween. On the dark side, sorry I meant Vespas, they go from old to new (as you can tell from that remark my knowledge of Vespas is severely limited). The only thing we don't have is autos, geared classics only!
