lambretta chopper frame rebuild

Hi
I have got a lambretta chopper with major build problems to the frame.
Need some one to chop off the bad bits and replace with nice new bits.
Plus need sheet metal work doing round seat area to reshape the frame.
I live in nottingham so would like someone local
