Had my crank checked by local bike shop and they said it was fine 1 1/2 thou out,is this too much? The cank is fir my sprinter so gets a pounding

i always try to true mine up to a thou if possible, so one and a half aint too bad

the last brand new 62mm stroke one that AF fitted with a 116 rod came to me via the posty man and it was two and a half out,, but i got that one trued up absolutley perfect ,,

Yes, just had my old MecEur black crank checked out at 1 1/2 thou at a local bike shop (he's done trials bike building for years, so knows his stuff). Just took it down for a check during a rebuild and was fine up until then, so back in it goes...
