What's the best way to hold an HP 4 flywheel when tightening up without damaging the plastic fins, the flywheel came with instructions but supplied no tool for holding the flywheel only a torque figure.

Use the standard flywheel holding tool and hold it on the fin with your hands, its not to bad if it slips out now and again. I fitted the Pinasco Flytech system and its much the same, I don't think lightened flywheels need to be torqued down as much as standard flywheels.
