I'm nearly finished restoring (ish) my Italian GP200 and one of my concessions to modern life is a non standard top end.
I'm running a Scotty tuned stage 4 which I love, but to return to a more original look I chose to run a 25mm delly through a modified air box and an MB clubman. I bought a new carb pre jetted from Scooterotica and I must say how bang on it is!
Kicked it over, ran it enough to warm up, adjusted the tickover and that was it! Runs great so far.
I know each engine is individual and I will need to do plug chops/dyno run to be sure but I'd be supposed I'd need to do much more than replace the main jet with the alternative supplied if fine tuning is needed.
Credit due...
