Hi all,
Not happy done roughly 800 miles on this gear box (version 3) chipped four teeth on the cluster and two teeth on first gear the other four gears look ok think it needs to go back.would upload pics but don't know how

Contact dean at Rimini , same thing happened to me after 25 miles ,and a friends lasted a couple of hundred , you need the latest cluster , v4 I think it is , dean replaced all the busted parts but it did take over 4 months and that was after waiting nearly 5 months after sending the first cluster back on recall (v2) type and that was after I was sold a cyclone by a well known German supplier that new it was on recall but sold it to me anyhow , the whole procces from go has taken about 11 months , if it shits itself again it's in the bin and that's the end of it , I will say though I have them in both of my scooters and it really is the only way to go on a tuned motor if they can stay in one piece .

So mk2 have had issues, mk3 have some problems
.......has anyone had issues with the mk1 or have these stood the test of time?....I have a mk1 fitted just not had the chance to put many miles on it yet !

I have mk1 early mk2 type done 3000ks on it and so far so good
