LTH clutch pressure plate wire clip?

can someone tell me what way this fits is it closed end to the smaller hole or the other way round if ya know what i mean, thanx. Lammer205.

Same a a Vespa clip I think so the two tails in the smaller hole

I can't recall the clip position but my plate broke and I replaced it with a Vespa version which was virtually identical, apart from the price, so I'd imagine the clip position would be the same too.
