Mugello advice

Have a standard GP200 motor in my S3, have just acquired a S/H Mugello 200 cylinder and piston, have bought new rings as the old ones had too large a gap, and a new cylinder head, I intend to run it on a AF Clubman and 25mm Delly, as the new head is designed to centralise in the barrel does it need a gasket, and any ideas on carb set up. I know it would be better with a 30mm and expansion, but I am not looking for a racy motor just a bit better than standard.as the old iron top end is getting a bit old.

Make sure the piston and barrel are matched up, when I bought my 200Mugello some years back it wasn't...

In what way do you mean matched up, it ran ok previously with this barrel & piston

I think Timbo is talking about checking the piston and barrel grades so you don't have problems with a grade D piston in a grade A barrel.
As for carb set up, have a look on the Camblamb website under carb set ups, theres lots of info there :)

I'll check that, although as I said it did run before.
