Avanti TT3 + 110mm con rod + Clubman type exhaust

Has anybody tried using this combo 
Building engine in a series 2, but want to use the above combination. Don't know how much room there is between head and frame, especially if using a 2.5mm/3.00mm packing plate.
I guess the clubman would have to have an adjustable swan neck like MB Clubman. Wish the Ron Moss/Andy Francis/JL superclubman was available
