Bit of help needed I hope there some help out there..... Stripped the gear box out of my px to replace the Christmas tree and 4th gear cog as they both had teeth missing rebuilt the engine cracked her up only to find the clutch isn't engaging I've also replaced the layshaft have I missed something it looked a straight forward job to me to swap things over but as I say no clutch now and I haven't even had it out and it worked perfect before I stripped the box out.... Any help would be good cheers

You could have displaced the kickstart spring and cog, or put the cog on the wrong way.

Or not put the woodruff key in the clutch side of the crank?!? Easily missed if it's fallen out.. (Assuming you've had the clutch out too).........just noticed you said you hadn't had the clutch out!
