Problems with lights on a Mk1 PX I have.

Lights no longer work. Have checked with a multi meter at indicator socket and am only getting 5volts. Have changed regulator for 1 that works but no joy.

All the bulbs are ok.

Multi meter going straight from indicator socket to engine casing.

Any ideas.

Open up the junction box on the engine and check the blue wire for output voltage ,have the multimeter on over 20v AC. The pin connectors can also work loose and this usually shows as burning on the connector block or spade connectors.
