Well...I run one with 19x46 sprockets,it gives 4.4 ratio with that set up.when I tried to achieve the same ratio with a pacemaker box I found I had to slip the clutch too much in first and hill starts were a pain.using the gearbox calculator I found with an 18 or 19 front sprocket you get a usable first and a very low ratio top..but you need a torquey motor to do it..I'm running an ads3 pipe and its the nuts with this set up...

I run mine with a 16 front sprocket and stretched chain gives 5.3 goes well a 17 front would give you 5.0 final drive I've not had any issues with it it's on a sr190 with rs clubman

It was always my preferred gearbox in my TS1 prior to the Cyclone, with 18x47 sprockets (std GP chain) it gives the same 4th gear as SX200 but puts a lot less strain on the clutch so I could run a 4-plate with 10 springs. It's strong and reliable too with ratios that aren't close but are at least evenly spaced.

Same here with an AF smallblock 200 and MB clubman, sits at 50/55 (gps) all day long and will top out at 65 if needs be.

Years ago, when I was more naive than I am now, a well known local dealer fitted a 175 kit to my Li125, when I collected it, they informed me that they'd changed the gearbox to SX150 as it was better with that kit, no charge. The robbing b@5t@rds!
Great gearbox, but don't use so stretched chain
