A couple of miles after the rebuild I started to notice a small wobble or front wheel vibration when leaning slightly at either side.
If I lean more it disappears, If I drive straight it disappears.
Only apparent when leaning slightly to start turning the scoot left or right.
It is not the upper steering bearing, It is neither the lower steering bearing race, thise test turn out to be in order.
The nuts are tight, the dampers also.
Any ideas at what might be causing the problem? Tips on where to start looking?
thanks

Tighten up the 2 nuts that keep the front hub together (ones under the fork links) then do up the outer dome nuts again. If the hub isn't tight then you get a similar symptom to that which you describe.
