..same hub...another Lambretta idyosynchronism madnesss.......?
...got some rims if you need...I know this as i was in an old dealer in Italy and i sore a j range spare wheel holder hanging on the wall collecting dust...? so i asked "is that for a 9'' or 10'' inch..?" the guy looks blank and says 'momento...' picks up phone calls Vitorio at casa... got straight through to the boss asks if alls well? then asks 9 or 10 ? thankyou good bye... answer is... same..

Why is my 10" J wheel rattling around on the one stud it reaches on my spare wheel carrier??

Nige65, I have just spoken with Danny at Scootopia who is a a J guru, and he has confirmed what I thought.nige65 wrote:may be a bit of a silly question , but whats required to change 9 inch wheel base to 10 inch , do the hubs and brake shoes need to be changed as well ,
Hubs, shoes, speedo drive, rims tyes etc will all have to be changed.

If you decide to stick with the 9", I have a legshield spare wheel carrier that doesn't fit my 10" wheel I can sell you
