Long range tank choices

I'm looking at fitting a long range tank and fuel gauge with a sender which has to be mounted on top of the chosen tank.
I've found these 2 , my buget won't stretch to a Diablo style one, and my query is,
This one looks like there is loads of room for the sender , but I can't see cut out / clearance for the carb.
This one looks as though the room for the sender might not be enough , but has the carb cut out.
Both would let me keep the toolbox.
Any info would be appreciated.

The bottom one looks like a Saigon scooter center one, they come with a cut out on either side or there's one with cutouts on both sides. The top one doesn't look lie a SSC one but it's viewed from the rear so you can't see if it has cutouts or not.
No experience of fuel senders but if it fits a standard tank then it should fit these as they're extended in the direction of the toolbox.

the cut outs on these are not big enough for some carbs! i have a stainless one with the ts 34mm dellorto carb which is too close and tends to knock the carb off on rough roads,my prefered choice is the diablo style the cutouts are deeper and the mounting is good and simple.then you need a legsheild toolbox!

Worth saving for, possibly the best upgrade I've ever done.
Now Johnny lambrettista has taken them over they are even better.
Not sure if Johnny is on here but he's always over on FB

The float type fuel sender with the 3" to 3 1/2"circular mounting plate will comfortably sit aft of the Lambretta petrol cap: this goes for all metal tanks std or long range.

I've had some stainless 12 litre ones with the double cutouts, well I say double cutouts but they more of indentations rather than the block cutouts on the SSC ones. They're now starting to make them where the cutouts go completely to the top of the tank rather the just the bottom half, but if you cut too much away then you're obviously not gaining that much over a standard tank, particularly on the double full cut out version.

What about the ones from Saigon that mount in the legshield, and appear to be a spare wheel?
You'd be able to keep your tool box.
