ok... setting up a scootrs disk brake with nissin caliper

replaced the hose with a goodridge...

all bolted up, but hose leaks at the banjo on both ends...

using original supplied bolts...

then I noticed that the banjos are different thickness...

so, I guess I need a shorter banjo bolt??

if so, what size and where from, please...

Not to sound daft but you have the copper sealing washers in place?

Typically I've found is there isn't much variation in the banjo bolt lengths. I am by no means a hydroloc expert but they are somewhat standardized.

There are differences in the bolt lengths, had the same problem myself, I thing there is a guy on here (could be LCGB) called Chiggy? that does them.

Well... hopefully a solution is in hand...

I'd fitted one of these brakes before and it gave me no issues at all..

Now I remember that I bought an uprated hose, which came with new banjo bolts and washers...

Thanks to Boreham on this site, I will soon be in possession of said bolts and washers... so watch this space!!

And a massive "Thank you" to Boreham... you are a gent!
