hi, head cowling bolt has come loose but cant do it up or undo it just spins how can i get it out ? also dos this mean that the long not on head maybe loose ? cheers

That, or the cylinder stud has come loose, but either way I would have thought that it would then come out anyway. Admittedly it would then be forcing the cowling forward which then could prove to be difficult!
