Thinking of fitting some slimline indicators to my GP, but what to use for the switch?

Theres away to rewire a s3 li switch as well which looks the best option also there was a gp swith that fitted on the gear side and looked like a light switch in style maybe adam winston can help as he had a very late gp , the gear housing with the indicator swith is a very rare itemand idont know how long the wiring would last tbh

Agree with Shocky - rewire an Li or Serveta (early Jet) type switch - it's not particularly difficult, works a treat and it looks totally standard.
That's what I did when I fitted my indicators.
There are Indian switches around that are pre wired for indicator use but I couldn't find a decent one.
SR let me have a look through their boxfull but even they said "it's a box of old Sh1t really!" and to be honest, it was so I left it.
