go through some basic checks first, check your spark plug is ok ,if it is take off your plug cap and hold against a flywheel bolt and see if theres a spark from the copper wire to earth and note what colour it is ,if its blue then try your plug cap back on and try it with the plug against an earth if it don't spark at the plug then either your plug cap is duff or your plug, if your spark is weak and not blue go to the coil and check your earth connection from the coil is intact and /or is dirty ,clean or replace earth terminal if no better try another coil ,to eliminate any ignition switch problems disconnect the outside green wire on the coil ,if you've done all this and still no joy check yor stator wires ,last of all get your stator checked out for a dodgy pick up and /0r replace the stator plate ,if none of this helps go to the shop buy a bottle of jack daniels and a box of swan vestas that way you can enjoy watching it burn and claim off the insurance....simples

I had a similar issue late last year, running fine then the next day wouldn't run no matter what i did. As you have i checked everything, had a spark not a very good one but i had one, had fuel but put plug in and nothing. I changed the stator plate for a spare one i had, that was after trying a different CDi, lead, cap and plugs! it looks like the stator was starting to or had failed. did the same readings I would for a Lambretta stator and they were low on the LT side of life.
If you have access to a spare stator try it before buying one, plus try changing any part in the loop to eliminate them.
Hope this helps, Andy
