Right here we go
Got a t5 engine with a mb cylinder and suzuki piston makes it a 170
Got malossi reeds
28mm dellorto carb
125 main jet
50 idle
X2 needle
Middle line
40 slide
Has power jet in 95
65 choke
Had new clutch seal and resealed carb and checked for leaks (its fine)
Checked timing thats ok 16 btdc
Right the problem is that the engine idles fine but when you pull off just splutters and no go.
When it does rev higher it runs better
Tryed needle on all lines but no go.
When it runs weak choke on full helps
Needs some advice on this set up

Try X13 on second (from top) clip. Then play with power jet (reduce 95) incrementally until it dials in.

Hi me again
Just stripped the carb it's a dellorto phbh.
When I looked down inside the carb I noticed the brass bush and atomizer tube are for a 4 stroke.
Can I still use these or do I need to swop them to the 2 stroke version.
I have got the brass bush out so could swop it over

Got another 2 stroke carb will have a go with this one
