New SR 67 + piston, Delly 28mm carb, reed block, augusto 6000, Kegra pipe, all just fitted, started yesterday, ticks over nicely, feels smooth & it feels like I'm riding a 125!!

WHAT COULD IT BE? :?

You'll need to post some more info to get any meaningful replies, full engine spec, what's been done, what were the weather conditions like, what are you compasring it against?

Timing ? If you fitted the Augusto did you advance the timing to suit ?

Run it through the airbox and with the rubber off, no difference. Compression is fine, squish is at 1.5mm. Timing is strobed to suit Agusto. Rode it round the block yesterday and on a straight road for a minute or so through all the gears.

Leak on primary compression (seals), stuck ring, piston to bore clearance to big, piston in wrong way round, try without Augusto fitted........possible the exhaust just doesn't like the setup and your not getting the rev's to get in the power band (change exhaust)......try these and i'll think of some more !!!

The heading is "seems scooter has slowed down" implying it was running fine.
