Jetting, changing to a Taffy pipe?

Hi, I'm replacing my ScootRS expansion, for a genuine Taffy I had it dyno'd on the ScootRS, but I need a ball park jetting for the Taffy, I will be getting re dyno'd at a later date. My set up is:
GT 186 kit
30mm PHBH no filter
122 main
X7 needle 2nd clip from bottom
AV268
55 pilot
40 slide

If it were me I'd start right there and do some plug chops to see what it looked like.

ok, sounds like a plan. Should I use any sealant on the slip joints of the expansion?

Yes, hi temp silicon or similar, other sealants are available.
