Hello posting for a mate . He has a gp 200 stage four barrel jl3 exhaust and was going to fit his 28mm carb back on scooter , it was taken off when some work was done and he intended to give it a strip and good clean . Trouble is he put the jets in a bag and has now lost the bag also can't remember what the jetting was :cry: . Can anyone help with a rough idea to get us started .

.... Can't find anything for this in carb section , or maybe not looking hard enough :)

x7 needle, AV264 atomiser, 122 main jet, 50 pilot, 70 choke jet, 300 float needle jet. that should get ya in the park.

Any help as to why the above set up given seems to bog down using a ram air filter . It runs better without the filter but we wanted to use one to protect the bore from premature wear .

I'd have thought adding a filter will, however slightly, richen it by restricting the amount of air.

Where in the range is it boggy?

48 pilot/120-118 main jet. try that.
