just taken my a set of s.i.p tubeless rims and contitwist tyres to SAS motorcycles in west sussex, they used the proper machine, but some how scraped the seal of the BOTH tyre and chewed up BOTH ali rims, so they do not seal, they are blaming it on stiff tyres saying they are old stock, but i have checked and they were made in june last year, any ideas on what i can do?

I would say the garage, why did they not say that before they tried fitting the tyres especially after the first one went tits up.
This is why I am going to get the Pinasco ones, more expensive but no garage involved, split tubeless rims.

You've had experience with them? Were you able to do something about it?

I do have experience with big O rings and they are a pain all the time. For me that Pinasco set up is too complicated, looks to me that they will end up with an inner tube. Will see.

garage to blame , should have warmed up the tyres before fitting.
