Old Mec cranks have the incompatible pin for a Yam Rod but I'm sure the new ones are okay.

I had a Yam 110 rod fitted to a Mec Race Crank last year, by CS Engineering, Chris pronounced it a good basis for the conversion. It's been in a TS1 and is performing well. The pin was the standard lambretta size so not sure if that makes it an early one or not :? There was enough space to fit the shims that came with the Yambits kit.

i sent a old mec Gp crank and a injun Gp crank to Harry Barlow for converting to 115mm for use in my TS1 200, he couldnt convert the Mec because of the silly Lambretta pin dia, so just rebuilt it as a std Gp crank. the other has been in my Ts 3 years.
