I'm in the process resurrecting a 71mm YZ TS1 engine – however I need a 115mm rod with a 18mm end for the JAP piston, i cant use any other piston as the barrel pretty much been tuned around the piston pegs etc
Can anyone point me the right direction of a rod I can buy which I could fit between a pair of GP webs – part number or website would help please

I might be wrong but...
http://www.iboats.com/Boat-Parts-Access ... .460041833 Would this be suitable? Just came across it while looking for info on Jet Ski pistons. It is 18mm s/e 22mm b/e 116mm Yam rod. Found the info on an old LCGB thread. GPKevo on here might be able to help more as he posted a lot of info on that thread. Seems this link I put on doesn't give much info, but apparently the rod can be had from the shop by quoting that part number.

Worb5 in Germany might have what you are looking for:
http://www.vespa-lambretta-teile.com/Na ... -und-18-mm
From google translate:
PL1152218 115 long bolts for the bottom 22 mm, for bolts above 18 mm, 29 mm bottom inside eye, eye up inside 22 mm, bottom width 14.8 mm, width 19.9 mm top, bottom eye outside about 37 mm, upper eye outside about 29 mm, bottom lubrication slots, top lubrication holes
If you need more info about the rod just email Worb5. I've always found them to be pretty helpful.
Good luck,
Tim
