What piston?
I'm on with getting parts together for an engine build. Planning to use a 60/116 (TV length MEC rod) crank that I already have with a stage 4 cast barrel which is now at 67mm. What piston is out there that is the right height and usable with this rod set up? I don't mind getting a rebore but would prefer not to go too much bigger, ideally below 70mm (defo' not 71mm H2 Piston). Hoping to keep it piston port too. All opinions appreciated thanks.

There is also various sizes of Kawasaki JS440 jetski piston - basically a smaller H2 piston. Wiseco quality and occasionally cheap from the US.

What size is the small end?
The JetSki 440 tune is called, "Kawasaki 215", it's an American tune developed by Vince Mross. Also, MB has a piston that would suit as well. They have reed and piston port forged RaceTour pistons, look on the lambrettaspares page and on the left will be a rebuild list, choose full skirt pistons, short crown height.

Thanks for the replies on here, there are a few JS440 pistons on eBay, all in U.S. apart from one that's here, but that's .50 over size (68.5mm ?) and it's a single ring piston (not suitable?)The others look reasonably priced even with postage included, not sure if there will be any import duty to be added though?
The little end is 16mm Kev. I had a look on MB's site but they only show 65.5mm then a jump up to 70mm as far as I can see, with nothing in between. They're a bit more than I want to pay this time. Not knocking them as I have a 64mm Race Tour Piston, it's very light and nice to look at and it'll get used one day.
Looked at Mugello pistons Joe, There was a 200 116 piston but that's discontinued, they're 225 116 now, I'm hoping to go up in smaller increments if I can.
Glad there's some options here. I was going to mention I've got an APE rod and a ScootRS mini reed manifold that I could use if there was nothing suitable...but I don't need to now hehe!!!
