best 200cc tune on a budget
standard vespa 200cc electric start model engine, got a mazz crank in it. whats the best kit/standard barral tune, for motorway cruising without busting the bank £500 budget

That's quite a big budget. Couldn't you get a Polini top end and a SIP road for that?

£500 is way more than you need, if you know what you are doing! but it really all depends what Mazz crank you put in already. Was it a 57mm or 60mm? If it was a 60mm Mazz crank I can help you get quite a few more free bhp out of a standard barrel. If you have a 57mm crank then you might as well get to the Polini shop!

But I'd also add a long stroke crank and possibly a T5 fourth gear.
TBH £500 wont go as far as you think. It's all very well spending a chunk of money on a kit, but what about everything around it? Unless that's in tip top condition, the extra power will kill it off quite quickly.
