Hi all been asked to have a look at Vespa TS 125 with a PX125 motor fitted. The loom was made to fit the 1975 scoot but also the 12v PX engine . Just recently it has started blowing bulbs , and also the headlamp is very dim. The loom/engine has been in for a couple of years, he has fitted a new regulator to see if that was the problem but it didn't cure it .
Now not had a look myself yet but as a Lammie fixer could do with a little advice before I get there .

have you done the continuity test and checked the earth connections. do the light run of the battery or stator. i may add I'm no wiring expert.
