I thought I'd post these pics that were taken during a visit to Thailand and Laos in Jan/Feb this year.

Before I arrived in Thailand I'd contacted Morris from Lambretta club of Thailand and number 1 in the Bangkok Lambretta scene. He's responsible for the Japanese motorbike clutches that were on display and test at Euro Lambretta in Sweden last year. He's also fabricated and produced many items for club members and local shops alike. He was an all round top guy and has invited me back in November this year to attend their 2nd Thailand national scooter jamboree in a place called Petchabhun in the North. Also he is planning and organising a mammoth ride from Thailand to China next year.

This is his street bobber TS1...which I managed to drop as it stalled & stopped on a speed hump after trying to bump it and jump on! He kept smiling as he saw what happened and still let me rag his RB22 through BKK back streets so can't have been too upset...like I said top guy. Anyway this thing really flies and revs its nuts off with the curly pipe. In a city where everyone has a bike, scooter, moped, tuk tuk, rickshaw...this thing still captures peoples attention!

The shocker that's pictured is one of his own designs and is a fully adjustable cnc billet unit. The spring fitted was a bit too soft for me and kept bottoming out on the speed humps, but he told me they can be made up with different strength springs to suit the rider.

Everything on this bike was fabricated by Morris even the engraving was done by him!
