What is the best solution to use with the three legged buster on the cylinder,
i`ve heard of some people using paraffin mixture.

If you really must use one then use diesel or paraffin. You actually do not want lubrication, you want the liquid to cool and wash away the metal fines.
Glaze busters are not accurate at all and tend to bell the cylinder walls top and bottom, if you have some high spots from a seize it would be better to remove these with some local use of wet and dry with a light spray of WD40. Then wash the bore and cover it with marking fluid before using the hone (or a glaze buster if it is the only thing you have). By using marking fluid you can easily see how effective the process is and if there are any high or low spots you are not aware of.

I have a 3 legged one I just use WD40 and only give them a quick run over with a fine/medium grade stone.
