VW tail end welding to expansion pipe

I'm sure I saw one of these once....did I? Anyone done this?

I think some of the old DJ pipes might have had that as an option.
You'd probably need to weld a holder for the VW pipe on the end of the cone and clamp it in.
Could you stand the noise though?

Oooh! So much better looking than most modern expansions. Can't beat the look of those 80 's primitive looking pipes.

I had a vw reverse cone clubman on my scoot,the vw baffles don't last too long and then its llllloud!!!! lol

Mine isn't too loud. It's far more sociable than one of the new BGM ones.
It's a brit made one though - not a $100 from the far east.
