Tank straps-different lengths

About to put my tank straps back on and for some reason one is 64cm long and the other is 2cm shorter and has a couple of holes in it.
Which one is the right one for a standard tank for an 150li special so that I can get another one the same?

There are two different sizes because there are two different sets of tank rubbers.
the bottom tank rubbers for Li's and specials fit into a hole in the bottom tank support on the frame where as on a gp they slid over the bottom tank support.
sorry but I cant remember for sure if the longer strap goes with the gp or the series 3.

I know that GP rubbers need longer tank straps but I don't know which of the ones I have are the standard for my Li special.
I have ordered standard rubbers but will need to get another strap for it to be the same length as one of the one of those I have, but don't know if it should be 62 or 64cm long.
