Frame mumbers

My wife bought a vespa with the frame number under the seat near the back of the frame, is it kosher or a fraud?

What type of vespa is it. It must be stamped on the chassis, not just a vin plate riveted to the frame. You can check out the make, year of vespa on scooterhelp.com

It's supposed to be a 150 super, with a fixed left hand side panel with the tool box in it and the stamp is on the frame itself, old style rear brake pedal and on scooter help the pre-fix came back as a p range.
