Scooter Restorations is probably your best bet, some of the cheap ebay ones are very soft, easier to stretch over a wide carb mouth but prone to splitting maybe.

Indian ones can be very soft and I've seen the carb draw them in when you're revving the engine and restrict the flow. Casa ones are fine, I think. Although, they are a bit expensive. The best bet are the ScootRS ones to be honest. I always use them if I can. The rubber is good and sturdy and I've never had a problem with them. Good price too.
