I`m in the process of fitting a cyclone gear box and I am also fitting a New MB Type gir selctor arm.
In stickie`s book it says that the gear selector arm should line up with the casing stud bolt when in second gir.
Is this also true for the cyclone5 Box?
Gear selector question (Cyclone5 releted)
Yes. But... make sure that when the gearbox is all back together that the cables will allow you to change to first and fifth. I double checked the gears just to make sure it all worked before completing the assembly. Brilliant gearbox.

agree with vespanic make sure you are able to locate 1st and 5th gear,a tip I would use is when you fit the box jack your back wheel off the ground spin your wheel and check if you can get all gears by moving your gear arm, then leave in 5th and make sure your tie bar can move far enough back to slot on your gear arm without moving your gear arm forward.... good look you wont be disappointed
