as i am starting to restore a 1960 VNB1T i am looking to go from 8" to 10" wheels as dicussed on another thread, but was wonder who among you have used one of these its not the rim conversion but the actual hub taking it up to 10" and was wondering if there are issue with the size of brake shoe (the original set up is a single pivot but i dont think that pivot point will change so will a shoe to suit a 10"drum be able to pivot at that point . iI have asked the question of SIP but havent received an answer any info would be appreciated.

I suppose you are not too concerned about originality or you wouldn't be considering 10's. Pretty sure you can't 'convert' from a single-pin setup, why don't you just find a later case? Preferably one with a third port.
