Mikuni tmx35 / ts1
Hello wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction . I'm going to put together a TS1 225 and have a chance of a TMX 35 carb to use with it . Problem is the jets in it have been used else where over time and I haven't a clue what jets to in stall in it . I want to use parts I have for the build which are BGM ignition , JL3 exhaust , 19/46 sprockets and a gp 200 sil gearbox . Does anyone have any views or info they could give . I also have a varitronic ignition and an LI 150 gearbox that I could use

have a look on carb set ups at the moment my ts1225 has the tmx35, 20 pilot,310 mainjet it did have a 330,57 needle on 2nd clip down was a 55 with the 330mj. i run an li150 gearbox 16x47 fast on the take off but runs out at 75mph i did have a jl3 but found it ran out of steam at 6500to7000rpm now have a franspeed race. i would fit an lth 38mm inlet manifold it clears the engine mount and you can fit a filter as well. good luck m8 hope the engine when finished puts a smile on your face. i had my top end sorted by pro porting (harry barlow)as well.

Thanks Roadrunnerian, will have a look . I've just ordered the jimmers manifold to get panel clearance as I want to run a filter as we'll
