difference between 50 teeth 1st gear

what is the difference between an li 50 teeth and the gp / sx 50 teeth 1st gear ? reason why i ask trades on ebay selling both li and gp /sx under different sales .

2.2mm according to 'the book'
Li 50 tooth 1st= 115.3
Sx 50 tooth 1st= 117.5

Be careful, I recently had to replace 1st gear on my LI 150 S3 and contrary to all the evidence out there, I needed the 117.5mm one...

There's no guarantee that the badge on the front matches the installed box unless you know it's never been opened. You should always check all the gears and make sure that you've correctly identified the gearbox.
