Depends how you like it.....
Each of the adjusters has about 20 clicks...
I start by clicking them round from one extreme to the other & then clicking back half way....
You can then decide if you want firmer or softer.....
Remember in the picture below the shock is the otherway from on you lammy

Ive had loads of them and always end up on minimum settings and always use the 180lbs spring-set up like this it's still pretty stiff and crashes around a bit over bumps but I tend to ride solo and I'm only 11 stone. Most important is to make sure you don't overtighten the nuts and prevent the shock from rotating which is when you get problems.
Same here but I'm a bit heavier. I always use the nylon bushes from Scootrs, they also keep the shock lined up okay without having to pack the top fixing place with washers.fsmlittler wrote:Ive had loads of them and always end up on minimum settings and always use the 180lbs spring-set up like this it's still pretty stiff and crashes around a bit over bumps but I tend to ride solo and I'm only 11 stone.
